The St. George Area Parade of Homes is blessed with an unequaled natural environment to showcase homes including scenic golf courses with incredible views, black rock and red rock cliffs, azure blue skies and pinion pine forests, providing inviting backgrounds and enhancing the feeling of each home existing as a quiet oasis meant for comfort and pleasure.
Sunwest Development has been involved in the Parade of homes since the early 1990's when awards were given to recognize exceptional work. Sunwest has received awards for "Best of Show", "1st Place Quality & Craftsmanship", "1st Place Kitchen Design" , "1st Place Master Suite & Master Bath", "1st Place Interior Design" and "Best Floor plan". For the last decade, individual awards have been replaced with simply the honor and pride of showmanship that comes with having nearly 40,000 visitors judge the work of each builder selected to display in the show.
