BUILDER’S RESUMESUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE: Sunwest Development, L.C. is a Utah based Limited Liability As a member of the So. Utah Home Builders Association and active participant in the annual St. George “Parade of Homes” Sunwest has a reputation for building exceptional show homes. Sunwest has won several prestigious awards, including “Best of Show”, “Best Quality and Craftsmanship”, “Best Kitchen”, and “Best Master Suite””. Homes constructed by Sunwest Development have also been featured several times in St. George Magazine and in other professional publications. EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE: Dan Steurer holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Oklahoma State Dan Steurer was elected to the Board of Directors in 1998 and served as President of the So. Utah Home Builders Association in 2000 and chairman of the Parade of Homes in 2001. From 2003-05, he served as a State Director and currently serves as a National Director to the NAHB. Rod Steurer was also elected to leadership by his peers as an officer of the So. Utah Home Builders Association and will serve as its President in 2008. In addition, Sunwest is an active member of a National Association of Home Builders “Builder 20 Club” which provides a forum for sharing ideas and best practices with builders across the country. Sunwest is also currently licensed as a Principal Real Estate Broker in Utah. Dan has been licensed and active in the development, construction, management and sales of real estate property for more than 24 years. Sunwest Dev. has been a member of the Washington County Board of Realtors since 1993. Dan has also served as an elected Officer and Director of the Washington County Board of Realtors, as chairman of the Technical Committee, and has served on the Regional Professional Standards committee for the Utah State Association of Realtors

Company formed in 1993. The company, managed by Dan and Miriam Steurer, specializes in the design, construction and marketing of custom homes and commercial buildings in the So. Utah region. Sunwest is licensed and insured in three states as a both a full commercial and residential general contractor: Utah Lic. # 279402; Nevada Lic. # 44947, and Arizona, Lic. # 156708. Examples of commercial projects include major projects for Big O Tire Stores, Charter Cable and Beehive Assisted Living. Sunwest employs seven qualified professionals and has offices located near the I-15 Bloomington freeway exit at 151 W. Brigham Rd., St. George. UT 84790. 
University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Brigham Young University. He has completed numerous college credit courses specific to the real estate industry in addition to several hundred hours of continuing education courses. Miriam Steurer also holds a Utah Real Estate license and is also active in the construction and real estate profession. Rod Steurer is a graduate of So. Utah University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Mgmt. and is also licensed as a residential and commercial general contractor in Utah. Several other key employees have both college and years of field experience in their respective responsibilities
