Once the design and cost estimates are approved, the construction process is passed to Rod Steurer who is responsible to coordinate the activities of our teams of specialized tradesmen. Project superintendents help to keep the construction project on schedule and within budget. Constant communication with the client is important in assuring that expectations are met for all involved in the process.
